Overview: Developed in close collaboration with the local women community of Kg. Sayap, Kain Kakalop is a community-based batik-making program managed and operated directly by G1FT.
Impact: The initiative provides local women with hands-on batik art training, wax-resist dyeing tools, and a reliable home-based income stream—allowing them to earn a living without having to leave their families or villages.
